The world’s first hometel
Originally a 1980s office building, the site was acquired with existing planning consent for hotel use for 54 rooms. We reconfigured and added to the design, obtaining consent for a new 71 studio room hometel, with ground floor food and beverage and 4 floors of accommodation.
